Section 1 General Knowledge
1.0 The website www.Komikfr3ak.com is the property of Komik Fr3ak.
1.1 The present general terms and condition govern the relationship between the Customer and Komikfr3ak.com relating to the purchase of the Komik Fr3ak products which are offered on the website.
1.2 All agreements that are entered with Komik Fr3ak are governed by Dutch law.
Section 2 Product availability
2.0 The products of Komik Fr3ak can be purchased online. All products are supplied according to availability at the time of order.
2.1 Komik Fr3ak reserves the right to change the amount and/or the supply of the products that are purchased through the site at any time.
2.2 The Customer is warned if the required product is not available.
Section 3 Product and ordering
3.1 The details and the price of the product are listed in detail on the page that is reserved for each product that is included on the website.
3.2 To buy the selected item, the Customer must follow the instructions mentioned on the website and fill in the online sale form and send it to Komik Fr3ak. The Customer adds the product to his/her “cart” after reading and accepting the shipping expenses, the conditions and the general cancellation policy. The Customer then determines the way he/she wishes to pay and then continues with the “buy” button.
3.3 If the Customer has improvements or changes that need to be made to the data in the order, he must follow them on the site mentioned procedure for rectifying the orders, before he completes the order. The Customer may correct the number of products that he/she wishes to purchase by adding or removing one or more products in your shopping cart.
Section 4 Pricing
4.1 All prices on the site are in euros sterling and include VAT and applicable taxes. Shipping and delivery fees are included.
4.2 Komik Fr3ak optimally strives to that all pricing information on the site is correct, but cannot guarantee that no error occurs. In the event that the price of a product is faulty, Komik Fr3ak provides the Customer, the ability to order the product at the correct price to confirm or cancel the order. If Komik Fr3ak fails to contact the Customer, the order will be considered canceled.
4.3 The ownership of the product purchased through the site is transferred to the Customer upon delivery, provided that Komik Fr3ak has received full payment of the goods. The risks of damage to or loss of the product are transferred to the Customer at the time of delivery.
Section 5 Purchase agreement
5.1 The purchase agreement entered by and between Komik Fr3ak and the Customer, is considered closed and the parties duly contracted at the time the Customer order properly passes – in accordance with the on the site mentioned purchase procedure and after Komik Fr3ak has received the approval of the credit card provider that the payment is accepted.
5.2 The Customer’s order that has been received by Komik Fr3ak is only binding if the entire purchase procedure has been followed properly and correctly, without any errors on the site. Komik Fr3ak is not responsible for any errors, caused by a technical failure of the internet connection of the Customer.
5.3 By placing his / her order to Komik Fr3ak, the Customer acknowledges and confirms that he/she is aware of the instructions in the purchasing process, he/she has accepted them and that he/she fully agrees to the terms hereof.
Section 6 Payment
6.1 Customers can pay by credit card (VISA or MasterCard), IDEAL, PayPal, and by Bankcontact for the products and the corresponding delivery costs.
6.2 Transactions are only written off the credit of the Client after the credit card information is verified; the authorization for the payment of the credit card booking is received from the issuer of the credit card used by the Customer, and the availability of the product by Komikfr3ak.com is sufficient, and therefore, the order is ready to be performed.
6.3 At the time of shipment of the order proposal will not be written off, with the exception of any necessary costs for checking the validity of the credit card.
Section 7 Shipping and delivery
7.1 All items are shipped within 1-2 business days from the day the order was placed. Komik Fr3ak will only send a product after a payment is cleared. 7.2 Worldwide shipping.
7.3 Komik Fr3ak ships with DHL or POSTNL – (Tracking number included)
7.4 Komik Fr3ak does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
7.5 All orders are shipped with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in Euro or Pound Sterling.
7.6 It is illegal to declare lower values or items as gifts as per international import regulations.
Section 8 Shipping fee
8,1 Shipping fee in The Netherlands is free
8.2 Shipping fee in the EU except from The Netherlands is free
8.3 Shipping fee outside the EU €25,-
Section 9 Returns & refund
9.1 You can return any product within 14 days in new condition from the delivery date.
9.2 If the product is used, it is no longer possible to exchange it.
9.3 To request an exchange, email info@komikfr3ak.com all exchange requests will be subject to availability. 9.4 Store credit refund or exchange is possible, shipping cost excluded.
9.5 It may take up to 7 days before an exchange is complete.
9.6 Shipping costs are non-refundable
Section 10 Authenticity guaranteed
10.1 Komik Fr3ak guarantees the authenticity of all products ordered through the site be purchased.
10.2 The original Komik fr3ak products are sold exclusively on the internet through the site www.komikfr3ak.com. All intellectual property rights such as trademarks, service marks, brands, and copyrights are the exclusive property of Komik Fr3ak. No page or other contents of the site may be reproduced without the prior written permission of Komik Fr3ak
Section 11 Applicable law
11.1 The Agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is governed by Dutch law
